I think the tradeoff is okay. If someone who speaks Thai but not any of the other languages comes to your website, it's probably better to present them something that they can mostly read, right? I was just looking at https://joinpeertube.org/ and it's written by people who speak French, where English is clearly a second language. It's awkward and grammatically incorrect at time, but of course I get the main message.

I always tell myself to "never let perfect be the enemy of good". But thanks, yeah that's the idea. It's still mostly readable in those languages (I think). It's also up to 28 languages now, excluding English.

Also, you fell into the classic blunder, the first of which is "Never get into a land war in Asia" and the second, less well known: Count your mother tongue as a language you speak.
Though I guess it's 23 "translations" that you could check, while the site is available in 24 "languages"?
